RATES AND AVAILABILITY

     

      Cabins becoming available for rent will be announced on this website, as well as on Fairbanks Craigslist. Rates are not posted until a cabin becomes available. 

     Goldstream Cabins, LLC, does not offer cabins on a short-term basis; such as daily or weekly. Cabins are rented on a month-to-month basis, on approval of good credit, references and criminal background check, and payment of fees due prior to move-in.

     A rental application and signed rental agreement contract are required prior to becoming approved. There is no charge for the application, credit or criminal background check.
