Rates and other fees are competitive with cabins lacking our quality construction, running water and other amenities. When a cabin becomes available, rates are posted on this website.
Goldstream Cabins does not offer cabins on a short-term basis; such as daily or weekly. Cabins are rented on a long-term, month-to-month basis, on approval of good credit, references and criminal background check, and payment of fees due prior to move-in.
A rental application and signed rental agreement contract are required prior to becoming approved. There is no charge for the application, credit or criminal background check.
