Goldstream Cabins, LLC, is a licensed and insured family small business offering rental cabins in Fairbanks, Alaska since 2000. We are dedicated to providing excellent housing at competitive rates. Our cabins are located in Goldstream Valley, close to the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

As a Fairbanks resident since 1982, and having lived in several cabins over the years, I can attest to the lack of quality, affordable, housing.

In 2000 we decided to begin building and renting log cabins that raise the bar on quality without raising the bar on price. As you browse our website, you'll see we offer running water, triple-pane windows, foam insulation, and even HRVs to maintain air quality. All these features are provided at about the same price charged by others for basic dry cabins. You may see photos of our cabins being used to promote other people's construction and cabin kit businesses--these photos are being used without permission and we do not endorse or reccomend these businesses. If you are shopping around for a quality cabin builder, please make sure your contractor is licensed, bonded, and insured; and has current contractor endorsements from the State of Alaska. Make sure you see their work and talk to their satisfied customers before you hire them. There are many bad contractors in Fairbanks. Be careful!
