Goldstream Cabins is a family-owned small business started in 2000 that rents large, well-built, clean cabins at competetive prices.

Most of our cabins feature hot/cold running water to a large kitchen sink, and are insulated with sprayed-in closed-cell soy/urethane foam, which translates to reduced drafts, warmer floors, and lower heating bills. All our cabins have heat-traced plumbing lines that mean no slop buckets to empty. Specific amenities are detailed under the individual cabin description pages linked from this page.

Goldstream Cabins are well-maintained in quiet neighborhoods close to the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and adjacent to bike, ski and dog trails.

Three cabins are currently offered on a long-term, month-to-month basis. We do not offer daily or weekly rates, nor do we rent cabins for just a month or two.
